Part of the Leuchtturm Gruppe and founded in 1988, Semikolon is based in Hamburg and produces each piece in our own factory in the Czech Republic. We use durable bookbinding linen and fine Swedish paper chosen for its archival quality. Our pages are pH-neutral, acid-free, and lignin-free—crafted to help protect photographs and handwriting over time.
